Dear Jock,

Thanks for sharing your website, I really like the mission statement. My husband and I are members of the Weston Price Foundation.

Its amazing how much can be done eating proper food and using the natural healing technologies that exist. We do not use Western doctors.

As stressed as the economy may be, I believe the real healers can prosper if they keep communicating and are technically excellent. When I am on the web I notice an increasing number of very disgruntled people on the subject of vaccines and what this country calls healthcare. It is going to get worse and I think will
backfire on big Pharma.

Happy Thanksgiving.

Aromatherapy

With its roots going back thousands of years across many cultures around the globe, aromatherapy is hardly new, but what exactly is it and how does it work?
Aromatherapy involves the controlled use of essential plant oils for emotional, physical and spiritual well being. Essential oils are extracted from the many parts of plants through a variety of methods, but primarily by distillation. Often called volatile because they tend to evaporate rather quickly when exposed to air,…

Shiloka Essentials™

The skin is the largest organ of the body; it is an organ of beauty, touch, pleasure and sensuality. The skin naturaly breathes; it lets the nutrients and water in, the toxins out, and at the same time protects us from microorganisms invasion. Amazingly, the skin replaces itself about every 27 days. As the body ages though, the regenerative process of the body begin to slow. The skin becomes thiner, more fragile, more vulnerable to damage and more sensitive to irritating environmental factors.…
