- Steps to keep on the bright site:
· Breathe long and deeply.
· Breathe with wonderful and positive intentions.
· Think warm, loving and peaceful thoughts while taking your breaths.
· Follow the flow of your breathe throughout your body as you inhale and then exhale.
· Make your breaths as long and slow and even as possible, both on the inhale and exhale.
· Feel your belly push out on the inhale and fall inwards on the exhale.
· Count or recite a mantra or positive affirmation as you breathe to help you stay focused on this one important act for a few minutes every so often throughout the day.
